Wednesday, May 31st, 2023 from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM MT
Commercial Real Estate Lending III: Global Cash Flow provides participants with an analytical framework to help determine the risks to loan repayment on real estate transactions where the owner/investor has multiple investment real estate holdings, with varying degrees of ownership interest. The course focuses on how to gather relevant sources of cash flow information, and how to assemble that information in a clear and organized fashion to effectively analyze global cash flow and contingent liability implications on commercial real estate (CRE) loan repayment.
The commercial real estate approach presented in this course focuses on real estate entity tax returns and assumes a basic knowledge of personal cash flow covered in other RMA courses. Therefore, this course assumes that participants have completed the following RMA courses or have the equivalent experience: Global Cash Flow I, Analyzing Business Tax Returns, Analyzing Personal Financial Statements and Tax Returns, Commercial Real Estate Lending I, and Commercial Real Estate Lending II.
